How many years have you been in business?
We are currently working on our seventeenth year.

Are you licensed and do you have all the proper insurances.
Yes Land Art home improvement number is 36116 and bonded and insured in both workmen’s compensation and liability.

How do you offer your design services?
The first 2 hours are free. For example most patio designs will not exceed 2 hours. If the 2 hours will be exceeded a $50.00 per hour design fee will be charged. We will give you an estimated design fee before the design process has begun.

How much will this cost?
We can give you a budget number based on your choice of materials used on our first visit. Our staff is experienced with a wide variety of materials and their installation to meet your budget needs.

Do you subcontract?
For the most part no. We will have to subcontract for licensed electricians or plumbers when needed or the home owner can use their own trusted companies for these services.

Do you phase projects?
Absolutely, the phased approach is a great way to reach that ultimate goal.

What is your warranty?
We give a 2 year warranty on all labor and workmanship. Typically the manufacturer will offer warranties on their products.

How often will I see a project manager or supervisor?
Our project manager will visit your project on a daily basis to ensure quality and a timely date of completion. In fact usually the designer will visit the site as well to also ensure the design intent is carried out to the owner’s satisfaction.

How large are your crews?
Typically our crews will not exceed 3 workers. Once your project begins we will not leave the site until the project is completed or we complete the work allowed in union with other trades.
