Design Services:
Let us create a unique design for your residence using state of the art CAD software. With our proposal you will receive a full color design with all entities noted so nothing is left for chance. We offer free design services for those that do not exceed two hours of actual design time. Most of our designs will not exceed two hours, but for projects that require a master plan approach or those that exceed the 2 hours a design fee of $50.00 per hour will be charged. So weather your design needs revolve around a patio, walk, retaining wall, garden structure, water feature, outdoor lighting or a combination of all these features we can consider all these elements during the design phase of the project. This is valuable if you are looking to complete your project with a phased approach giving you a road map for the successful completion of your dream space.
Patios, Walkways and Retaining walls:
Here at Land Art we offer a wide array of material pallets to fit both your budget and your taste. From natural stone, interlocking pavers, segmental block walls, manufactured stone and brick veneers the possibilities are endless! Land Art is an approved contractor by the E. P. Garden Structures:
There is nothing like the presence of such a strong feature as a pergola or arbor to set your outdoor living area apart. Not only does it offer shade but it adds a place of repose and enclosure to give that intimate feeling. We install structures made of wood or easy to care for vinyl. We also install units purchased by our clients.
Landscape Lighting:
Landscape lighting can be that finishing touch which will not only add a dramatic feel to your outdoor living space but also add functionality and safety. Weather it is lighting a group of steps, up lighting for accent, path lighting or down lighting we can design the right combination of outdoor fixtures to extend the use of your patio or outdoor area well into the night in dramatic fashion.

Let our design team with a Certified Professional Horticulturist and graduate from The University of Maryland School of Landscape Design, create a striking plant design for your home or business. Planting softens any architectural feature and brings them more into human scale. Weather it is for accent, screening, theme, specialty gardens or just a foundation planting we can meet all your plant design needs. During the installation process we take great care to ensure each plant receives what it needs to thrive and grow.
Waterfalls, Ponds and Fountains:
Nothing sooths ones mind, body and soul like the soft sound of splashing water. This wonderful element can enhance your outdoor living area with years of enjoyment and relaxation. We can install low maintenance pond less waterfalls or a waterfall with accompanying pond.
Warranties
All of our construction services are provided with a 2 year warranty. We also offer a one year warranty on all new plantings.
